Account & Data Deletion

Crewcial Draft LLC ("Company", "We", "Us") gives You control over Your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to delete Your Crewcial Draft account and what happens to Your data when You do.

Delete Your Account From Within the App

The fastest way to delete Your account is from within Crewcial Draft on any platform:

  • Web and desktop: open the settings menu, then choose Delete Account and confirm.
  • Mobile: go to your profile or settings screen, then choose Delete Account and confirm.

Request Deletion by Email

If You are unable to sign in to Your account, You can request deletion by emailing privacy@crewcialdraft.com from the email address associated with Your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We may ask You to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When Your account is deleted, We remove or anonymize the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Your profile information (name, username, email, and avatar);
  • Your connections to third-party login services (Discord, Apple, Yahoo), including any stored access and refresh tokens;
  • Your push notification device tokens; and
  • Your personal account records, so that You can no longer be identified through the Service.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained or anonymized rather than immediately deleted, for example:

  • Content You contributed to shared spaces, such as messages in a league or crew chat, which may remain visible to other participants in a de-identified form so that conversations stay intact;
  • Backups and logs, which are purged on a rolling schedule; and
  • Records We are required to keep to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion may be processed after a short grace period during which the request can be reversed by signing back in. After the grace period, the account is permanently deleted and the action cannot be undone. Residual copies in backups are removed within 30 days.
