This Privacy Policy describes how Crewcial Draft LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, uses, and discloses Your information when You use Crewcial Draft (the "Service"), and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Crewcial Draft is a free fantasy sports platform for managing leagues, running drafts, tracking scores, and chatting with other participants. It is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not offer paid entry, prizes, or any form of real-money gaming or wagering, and we do not knowingly collect financial or payment information.

By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
  • Application refers to Crewcial Draft, the software program provided by the Company across web, mobile, and desktop.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide, or We may receive, certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This may include:

  • Email address
  • First and last name, or display name
  • Username
  • Profile picture or avatar
  • Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser or device type and version, the pages or screens of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Information from Third-Party Login Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in using the following Third-Party Login Services: Discord, Apple, and Yahoo. If You register through, or otherwise grant us access to, one of these services, We may collect Personal Data already associated with that account, such as Your name, email address, and profile picture. We store an encrypted copy of the access and refresh tokens issued by these services so that We can maintain Your connection and, where applicable, refresh it without requiring You to log in again. We do not receive or store Your password for these third-party services.

Yahoo Fantasy Sports Integration

If You choose to connect Your Yahoo account and import a Yahoo Fantasy league, We access and store the data necessary to perform that import, which may include Your Yahoo Fantasy leagues, teams, rosters, draft results, and scoring settings. We use this information solely to recreate and operate Your league within the Service. You can disconnect Your Yahoo account at any time, after which We stop refreshing data from Yahoo.

Information Collected While Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of the Service, We may collect, with Your permission where required:

  • Push notification device tokens. If You enable notifications, We collect and store a device push token so We can send You notifications about draft picks, messages, and league events. You can disable notifications at any time through Your device settings.
  • Images You upload. If You choose to set a profile picture, the image You select is uploaded to and stored by the Service or a Service Provider acting on Our behalf.

User-Generated Content

The Service includes chat channels and direct messaging. When You send a message, the content of that message, along with Your user identifier and a timestamp, is stored by Us and is visible to the other participants of the relevant channel or conversation. Please do not share sensitive personal information through chat. Other content You create, such as team names, league settings, and rankings, is also stored to operate the Service.

Analytics and Error Reporting

We use the following Service Providers to understand how the Service is used and to diagnose problems:

  • PostHog — product analytics. We may associate analytics events with Your account identifier and basic profile details (such as email and name) to understand feature usage and improve the Service.
  • Sentry — error and performance monitoring. When the Service encounters an error, diagnostic information (which may include Your IP address, request details, and a session replay) is sent to Sentry to help Us identify and fix the problem.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and secure the Service. The Cookies We use are primarily essential to authentication and security rather than advertising. They include essential cookies (which authenticate users, maintain Your signed-in session, and prevent fraudulent use of accounts and cross-site request forgery) and functionality cookies (which remember choices You make, such as Your display preferences). If You do not accept the essential Cookies, You may not be able to sign in to or use the Service.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account and give You access to functionality available to registered users.
  • To operate league features, such as running drafts, tracking scoring, delivering chat and direct messages, and importing leagues You choose to connect.
  • To contact You by email or push notification regarding updates, security notices, or communications related to features You use.
  • To send You newsletters or announcements where You have subscribed, which You may opt out of at any time.
  • To improve and secure the Service through analytics, identifying usage trends, diagnosing errors, and protecting against fraud and abuse.
  • For business transfers, such as a merger, reorganization, or sale of some or all of Our assets.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers to operate, secure, monitor, and analyze the Service. These include analytics and error-monitoring providers (PostHog, Sentry), push notification providers (Expo), and cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store data on Our behalf.
  • With Third-Party Login and Integration Services (Discord, Apple, Yahoo) as necessary to authenticate You or import data You request.
  • With other users, where information You share in leagues, crews, chat channels, and direct messages (including Your display name, avatar, activity, and messages) may be visible to the other participants.
  • For business transfers, in connection with a merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition.
  • For legal reasons, where required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • With Your consent, for any other purpose.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally obligated to retain it for longer.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers and terminate the associated account.
